- Developed new software functionality for in-lab image meshing program used for Finite Element Analysis (FEA) of bone. Worked in C++ using the vtk (Visualization Tool Kit) library of classes. New functionality included torsional loading, determination of centroid of bone, and calculation of applied torque. - Software was tested and used to run FEA on a set of five distal radii (wrist bones) tested to failure during a previous project.
