I enjoy the energy and demands of the communications industry and have worked in this industry sector for almost three decades. As an apprentice, I was immediately immersed in brands such as Coca-Cola, AstraZeneca, Glaxo Smith-Kline and Nestlé. I've been fascinated and captivated by it all ever since.I've grown my creative agency from scratch, building close to £2M in turnover business with a team of 21 people. Life is far too short, and as far as possible, we should aim to enjoy all the challenges whilst injecting a positive culture and attitude when we can. It's okay to be demanding, and it's okay to set high standards - but all of this should be measured with care and consideration for everyone and all things around us.
