This included site feasibility, capital works program delivery, GIS mapping, city presentation (look and feel), way finding, Queens Baton Relay and public utilities coordination. Development of City and whole-of-government governance structures; finalisation of Games budgets; roles and responsibility confirmation and participation in the Glasgow 2014 Observers Program.

Delivery of the first stage of light rail on the Gold Coast through the design, procurement, construction and testing stages. The project was delivered as a Public Private Partnership and required development of tender documents and delivery under strict contractual conditions.This role was directly responsible for management of light rail urban design outcomes such as architecture, landscape, way-finding and branding. This included the delivery of catalyst projects along the route involving transit oriented development, commercial feasibility and partnership building.Coordination of supporting infrastructure delivery such as streetscape, public realm, public art and policy making was required in addition to the development of a holistic light rail benefit measurement framework which captured social, economic and built form metrics.
