Develop both Microsoft Windows desktop and ASP.NET web-based applications for customers.Notable work during this time is as follows:Nitorco, Inc.Responsible for all of the web development for Nitorco's product line. This includes the public facing web applications that allow for property tax payments, vehicle tag renewals and registrations, business license renewals, and probate court document searching. Initiated migration of these applications to the cloud along with related databases and storage. Created and built internal tools to monitor their distributed systems and client merchant accounts. Migrated over 150 internal libraries to TeamCity and created a private NuGet feed for the dev teams to utilize.Custom Flooring Installations, Inc.Assumed development of existing custom order management software, integrated electronic transfer of order data to / from The Home Depot. Developed both Windows services and web services components as part of this system. Managed development of iPad application for managers to update orders in the field. Led development on pure .NET version of their order management system.American Transportation Research InstituteDeveloped a Windows desktop based version of their Freight Capacity Model software, which was originally written as a Microsoft Excel based application.Georgia Motor Trucking AssociationDeveloped GMTA’s Highway Watch Online Training web site. This site allowed all CDL holders in Georgia to receive Highway Watch training via the web. The site included streaming video of the training and measures to prevent circumvention of the training process to reduce fraud. Also included a control panel for GMTA to manage users.

Initiated the design and development of an ASP.NET version of the VJT Server Administration tool, which allows users to manage the various Virtual Job Tryout (VJT) databases. Led a team that created a mobile-friendly, HTML5 based version of the Virtual Job Tryout platform.

Led the development efforts on the Delivery Access Portal, an enterprise web application which enables network security consultants to manage their assessment projects. Guided the agile development process and worked with the product owners to prioritize and clarify the product backlog. Mentored a new developer to the team to ensure we created quality code and kept the project on schedule. Interacted with end-users to ensure application workflow aligned with their needs. Actively developed additional features.

Member of the dev team that developed the Delivery Access Portal, an enterprise web application (ASP.NET MVC) to enable network security consultants to manage their assessment projects. This was written in C#, and made use of standard front end technologies (Javascript, HTML, CSS), the .NET framework for the server side, and backed by SQL Server 2012 accessed via Entity Framework 5.0. Tasks were divided so that we worked on all layers of the code.

Member of the RealSecure 6.0 product team. Improved multi-threading performance of the Event Collector subsystem, designed administrative UI for configuring Event Collector parameters, interfaced with other developers and carefully coordinated changes

Designed hardware and software for military and government contracts in the area of electronic countermeasures.Led software development tasks for the ALQ-213 Software Testbed Update, which consisted of writing software and integrating it with custom hardware.Developed software updates for MLV File Toolkit and Analyze32 MS Windows products which were tools used by GTRI and the U.S. Government to update and analyze ECM equipment.Updated MIL-STD-1553 device driver to support two new interface cards and extended functionality of existing cards.Led hardware development tasks for the ALE-45 Chaff / Flare Dispenser Integrated Support Station Upgrade.
