I am responsible for the valuation of servicing MSR for our Assignment of Trade and Fannie Mae Dual Delivery program for our Correspondent customers.

Here were some of my responsibilities:• Managing the GNMA, ARM, & Private Investor Pipelines• Trading ARM MBS to Wall Street Firms• Trading Cash Commitments to the Agencies• Providing best execution on new Agency products• Pricing all new products for Product Development• Pricing Private Investor rates daily• Miscellaneous analysis for Secondary Market sales

I was responsbile for the all of the rate sheet pricing for the Retail channel and the Correspondent channel. I also worked closely with Product Developement and Credit Risk as it pertained to current and new products and how they would be priced for the Retail and Correspondent channels.I also was involved with pricing bulk bids from our Correspondent customers for the Jumbo fixed products.

I helped manage the secondary marketing functions for eJumbo.com and the parent company First Financial. Those responsibilities included warehouse management, pipeline management, product developement, and investor relations. I also helped with the locking of loans with private investors and managing the timely delivery and funding of loans.

Here were some of my responsibilities:• Responsible for setting up MBS FNMA/FHLMC Pools.• Managing the pipeline and pipeline risk and trading.• Making whole loan sales to private investors.• Coordinating with the Post-Closing, Delivery, Quality Control and Final Docs departments to assure that loans are being purchased in a timely fashion.

Here were some of my responsibilities:• Responsible for the processing and approval of mortgage loans.• Communicate with investors regarding the status of loans that were submitted to underwriting.• Informing borrowers of what additional information is needed in order to process their loan.
