I performed system sales/account management duties for several of Tyco's most prestigious business partners. My main duties included onsite security assessments, large integrated systems designs, including intrusion detection, access control, IP and analog communications, and IP CCTV systems. I managed special projects and was directly responsible for designing integrated systems that met and exceeded the requirements of the Indirect Air Carrier initiatives, as well as Regulatory Compliance with U.S Customs and the TSA. Responsible for accurate and timely proposal generation and extensive budgetary planning. Responsible for annual revenue generation of +$34M. My territory included the United States and Canada. I worked closely with our local field offices, project management and senior management teams to ensure world class delivery, both pre and post sale.

I worked to provide products and solutions to an existing client base, as well as ensure the world class service that was expected. I also worked to build strategic partnerships with new and potential clients. Some of my duites were to introduce new products and technology, conduct sales presentations, perform security vulnerability assessments, assist clients with budgetary planning and large integrated systems design. I also worked closely with senior management of other departments to ensure excellent post sale delivery.

Directed a team of Project Managers, Sr. Project Managers, and Project Coordinators that were dedicated to our most prestigious clients across the United States and Canada. Led weekly team meetings to review project updates, address outstanding issues and review estimated vs. actual project financials. Served as the single point of escalation for client concerns. Worked closely with local and corporate leadership teams in regards to ongoing installations, product forecasting, backlog management and project close-outs. Provided in-person, as well as developed web based training for project managers, project coordinators, local field technicians, as well as our subcontractor partners. Worked closely with manufacturers and our procurement team to ensure that product forecasting was correct. Took lead on any product issues to minimize any potential negative impact on project milestones and deliverables.

Provided sales support for system design and proposal generation. Worked with local field offices to ensure that all projects were completed on time, correctly and within the allotted budget. Processed change orders. Served as the primary point of escalation should any issues arise.

Partnered with the National Accounts sales team to assist with site surveys. Designed intrusion, access control, CCTV and intercom systems, both analog and IP to meet the needs of the client and the requirements of the local jurisdiction. Created CAD and Visio drawings to show system layout and installation instructions. Performed initial server setup and programming for enterprise access control systems. Performed sales presentations to new and existing clients. Provided training to field offices.
