My primary responsibility is to oversee the maintenance and support of the Wingspan's existing business related systems involving Finance, HR, Marketing, and Legal applications and working with the clinical side with data flow. Collaborate with the business units to provide good work and data flow and ensure technology is being used to the best advantage.

Designed and built a patented software solution providing tools for a world class web based customer portal as well as internal order management system. Implemented and managed the IT infrastructure to support PartsSource selling to customers around the world.Systems required a software solution to manage our customer and vendor information, all sales and purchase orders utilizing both internal and web based system with a full financial interface with the accounting systems. Final component required was the development and implementation of the appropriate infrastructure to support the growth of the company from $4M in 2003 to $100M in 2013.Operationally, reengineered a division into a separate entity with new financial systems, business processes, inventory control and a full manufacturing software solution. Led the implementation of an EDI implementation with major vendors. • Supported 250 users across 5 sites in 5 states.• Led team in the design and development of the patent pending SmartPrice™ system, the first system to provide instantaneous pricing via the web to the health care industry. Product received Cleveland 2012 Manny Award in technologies.• Enterprise platforms included 60+ Windows Servers and Linux Servers.• Primary servers operated in a local data center with disaster recovery in a remote site.• Designed customer branded portal for centralizing and managing medical parts spend.• Designed vendor portal providing ability to see new potential sales and bid on fulfillment.• Managed three-year IT strategy to support the growth of the enterprise through software, infrastructure and communications. Started as a Software Engineer and moved through the positions of Quality Assurance, Database Administrator/Manager to the IT Manager position expanding the $10M company to a $350M company. We built first class, patent pending, web based systems we provided to our customers (insurance companies) that were the first of their kind.
