Influenced how asset and geospatial data should be maintained, to scale Divisional park mapping efforts and facilitate cross-divisional information sharing on the parks system and assets.Designed and executed the first large-scale Park Asset Inventory and Use Survey by coordinating a team to collect geodata using the Fulcrum mobile mapping solution, a methodology which inspired broader technology adoption across the Department. Introduced and advocated for new planning methodologies and metrics aimed at transforming the culture of parks planning from a reactive to a proactive posture, through planning workshops and inter-divisional training sessions. Co-chaired the Enterprise Geospatial Partnership, a group of geospatial practitioners across the City of Toronto, and as a core member of the Innovation Lab, a staff-led volunteer initiative to create unique learning opportunities for staff.
