-In less than nine months, on time and under budget, with a team of three personnel, successfully redesigned a $300,000, eleven-axis, precision X-ray simulator. The effort included removing the PLC control scheme and implementing a Windows control system. The effort also included developing a new GUI, software, hardware, firmware, and data acquisition scheme.-Redesigned a block cutter and tissue compensator for radiation cancer treatment. The redesign reduced cost by 40%. The project was finished on schedule and within budget.-Developed a unique clamping solution for an x-ray cassette holder that used to mar the columns of the Flexi-Holders. This was an ongoing engineering project that multiple personnel had worked on for over two years. In less than six months I redesigned it and had production builds online including the documentation and service retrofit kits.-Provided technical and team leadership for four product lines of medical equipment, including planning, scheduling, assignment of work, and technical support for both internal and external multi-disciplined team members. -Ensured GMPs, FDA, MDD and other regulatory standards/guidelines as well as companies SOPs were followed and met. -Created final product documentation, system specifications, and theory of operations.-Development & maintain product specifications. -Develop FMEA, FTA, V&V plans.-Develop test methods, perform engineering analysis, write test reports, and report the results as needed. -Develop and write the assembly, installation, and service procedures.-Train personnel and customers on assembly, installation, and service procedures. Including Service trainer, Physicists, and Doctors.-Support service in customer application issues, including installation of new products.-Perform general engineering functions with technical competence. Functions such as performing reliability studies, six sigma statistical analyses and writing functional specifications and machine design.

-Designed high pressure, 20,000 to 60,000 psi capital equipment mixers.-Design work included but was not limited to weldments, machined parts, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical panels.-Designed a dual check valve that took the place of two existing valves. Testing showed the valve was 50% faster to breakdown and reassemble than the standard valve and piping assembly.-Participated in and help developed an ISO 9000 quality system-Participated in the implementation a MRP system.
