I was a Solutions Architect working for Go Beyond Partners. I was instrumental in setting up and developing the I.T. capability of the Company and lead the system and platform integration of Go Beyond and OEE Consulting as it entered into a partnership. I also delivered a number of client facing solutions, one of which was an innovative insight and analytics solution for a major high street retailer which delivered significant revenue. I focused on refining the conjoined Companies technical market strategy developing the relevant collateral and supplier relationships and developing solutions for bid responses.

I worked in the Architecture Practice in IT Shared Services delivering technical designs and solutions to our customers. One of my main remits was acting as the Domain Architect for Sercos virtual contact centre service. This involved the development of the technology and service to allow the business to consume. It also required operational support to ensure the smooth running of the service for current customers.In addition to this I also worked on the network re-design allowing Serco to relinquish its private business operations to other parties.

I worked as a Techincal Design Authority for the Network Services Group within Capita IT Services, designing and implementing Voice and Network solutions working across a broad range of technologies. I have designed and delivered voice and network solutions for clients in the Pension and Health sectors.

I worked as the lead designer on numerous projects across the Government and Utilities sector. I was the Lead Development Architect for Contact Centre Solutions on the BT Hosted Government Voice Platform

Responsible for the design, build, delivery and maintainence of the Bank's voice and network infrastructure in the UK and European offices, which comprised of Avaya PBX systems for voice and a Cisco based network infrastructure.
