Daniel Trevor Bircher, baritone, performs on stage and in concert as a soloist. In recent years, Dan has directed stage performances for Resonance Opera Young Artist Program, where he also served as the Artistic Director, served as a vocal director for The Theatre Company of Bryan-College Station, and has served on the faculties of Lone Star College-Cy Fair, Houston Baptist University, and other area college/universities directing opera workshop productions, teaching voice, and conducting choral ensembles. In 2023, Mr. Bircher joined the professional chamber ensemble, Harmonia Carta, expanding his solo performance endeavors to include the arena of chamber work.Mr. Bircher teaches voice through his private studio in two locations (Bryan-College Station & Brenham), works with area High School programs, teaches Musical Theatre for Center Stage Dance in Brenham & Bellville, and continues to work with colleges/universities.Mr. Bircher has performed as a soloist or in an opera role with companies including the Orchestra Sinfonico di Milano Giuseppi Verdi in Milano, Italy, New Haven Symphony Orchestra, Orchestra New England, Yale Opera, Abilene Opera Association, ACU Opera Theatre, Fairfield County Chorale, Brenham Choral Society, Sacred Heart University Chorus, Houston Baptist University Chorus, Blinn College Choirs, Bridgeport United Congregational Church, Cypress Creek Community Chorus, and Abilene Classical Chorus.
