As an agile leader, agility and performance are the base for my wheelhouse. I have leadership and implementation experience across many companies with varying cultures. The most important thing that I to the table is an understanding of how many companies have tried to succeed and how some have not been able to do so. Having served as an Agile Coach, Product Manager/Owner, Agile Delivery Lead, RTE and Team Coach has solidified my ability to mentor and lead teams and organizations in their journey for continuous improvement.Throughout my career I have worked in a variety of capacities which have turned me into an agile leader that understands obstacles and how to define and drive teams to better deliver quality and value. I find it to be crucial that I have a thorough understanding of the needs of an organization, both present and for the future. Some of the critical and most successful aspects of my career have been analysis and organizational efficiency through proper staffing, coaching, leadership, detailed reporting, and a cohesive work environment for all levels of peers and employees.My combined agile leadership, management and development experiences represent a large variety of projects to include microservices & APIs, blockchain technologies, dev-ops as well as many teams using Microsoft and various open-source technologies. As such my grasp of related processes and dependencies is great.In addition to my invaluable experience, I hold a M.S. in IT Management, a B.S. in CIS, SPC 6, POPM, PSM and multiple Graduate Level Certifications, including Project Management, DB Management and Systems Analysis and Integration.
