I’m Daniel Biskup, a Juris Doctor candidate at Quinnipiac University School of Law, with a specialization in intellectual property law. As the Secretary of the Intellectual Property Law Society and an active member of the Society of Dispute Resolution Competition Team, I am deeply engaged in the complexities of IP law and its critical role in innovation.In my current position as a Law Clerk at Handal & Morofsky LLC, a boutique firm dedicated to intellectual property, I conduct legal research, draft procedural motions, and manage trademark registration. This hands-on experience is enriching my understanding of both litigation and transactional aspects of patents, and trademarks.I bring a unique perspective to my legal studies, bolstered by my academic background in philosophy and rigorous coursework in physics and mathematics during my undergraduate studies at SUNY Geneseo. This foundation has equipped me with strong analytical and problem-solving skills that are invaluable in the legal field.Previously, as a Summer Associate at Giampa Law, I honed my skills in client relations and case management, further igniting my passion for advocacy.I am eager to connect with fellow professionals and explore opportunities in intellectual property law.
