About Dan Björn

I have always been passionate to help and coach others to make them strive, which also gives me an opportunity to learn something new. Within my own companies I focus on clarity, setting clear expectations and operating principles for both existing business and for development and change. And naturally I guide people to understand why it’s important and how to work and be successful within the framework. The project’s goal was to renew and enforce the Commercial Excellence and profitability in the customer interphase and sales of our two biggest business units Professional and Retail.
