Worked directly with our largest client in partnership with the lead Account Manager. Managed the day-to-day report deliverables while also managing a small team of developers to deliver new reporting projects, per the clients’ specifications. Provided project budgets and timelines to stakeholders and achieved maximum satisfaction from client.• Managed the optimization of client’s daily report job chain which was running 12-18 hours per day. Report job chain saw run time decrease to 6 hours, overnight, freeing up bandwidth on client’s system and delivering 1,000+ reports in a more timely manner.• Managed monthly budget revenue projections & projects in order to drive revenue. Averaged a monthly, report revenue stream in excess of $10K, on top of monthly licensing fees from system.
