As a Sports Management graduate of Ohio University, I began my experience with the Southern Ohio Copperheads, where I learned the basics of the Sports Management. From there, I joined the staff of the the Toledo Mud Hens, as an operations intern. This experience led me to an internship opportunity with the Tennessee Smokies. Throughout my career, I have received many personal recommendations on my customer service and client development skills.In my role as a Senior Corporate Sales Executive with the Tennessee Smokies, I have used these skills to aid in the development of business brands on the National, East Tennessee, and Knoxville levels. I have also overseen the sales and operation of the Kids Zone, and managed a staff of 10+ individuals.In addition to Corporate Sales, I have also managed certain aspects of the team's Marketing strategy, with a focus on Print Media and Digital Billboards.Specialties: Customer Service, Brand Activation, Microsoft Office, Score CRM, Streamline Technologies Ticketing system, Paciolan/Ticketmaster Ticket system, Venue1 Ticketing system, Filemaker Database system
