Airco Coating system operator for 2 years. Moved to Research and development department as a research technician and moved up to a research technician level 3 after 6 years. The following 3 years were spent as a manufacturing engineer.

Stared as a glazier and moved to in line magnetron deposition system operator. Became involved in modifications and testing of new magnetron technologies such as the cylindrical magnetron. Also retrofitted an in line system to product iamond like coatings using e beam technology. Supported research and maintenance on flat glass and curved glass coating systems. Involved in the developement of Low "E" and Super "H" coatings.
