The Society for Financial Awareness is a 501(c)(3) non-profit public benefit corporation comprised of professionals across the nation that provide services to their communities. One of the ways SOFA gives back is by providing free educational workshops that are presented to individuals, companies, and organizations. The workshops are designed to educate people to understand various financial topics. • Provide workshops/lunch and learns at no cost, and give people feelings of confidence and empowerment to learn key financial concepts. • Provide free workshops on financial topics that satisfy ERISA (DOL) 404(c) requirements.
