An exciting role to improve the technical capabilities of a multinational marketing department with a focus on delivering business value.Implemented a marketing automation platform (Oracle Eloqua) from scratch. Ran campaigns for lead nurture, product upselling, sales automation, and customer retention. Integrated multiple CRMs (Salesforce & Dynamics 365) as well as connecting over 50 websites and social pages. Co-ordinated with stakeholders across different time zones and organisations, including managing agencies. Designed and implemented a centralised solution for lead management and attribution. Developed an improved solution for department budget management. Customised CRM to improve functionality and usability. Co-ordinated product training of sales tools.

Implemented a wide range of improvements to the digital marketing of two brands, including email marketing, SEO and content creation/management. Supported the Marketing Manager in delivering key strategic campaigns, as well as researching and proposing future campaigns. The role was unfortunately lost to a wider redundancy.

Founded and ran a freelance marketing business aimed at helping small businesses. I provided a broad range of services but specialised in graphic/web design and email marketing.

Co-ordinated all marketing activities for a group of 3 companies (Omnio Recruitment, 1-1 Recruitment & White Knight Recruitment). This involved graphic design, video production, content creation, email marketing, project management and event management.I was also responsible for the group's IT for six months during a transition period and then supervised the new IT staff from then on.
