An experienced senior leader, I have led a number of iconic brands internationally; developing and implementing brand strategies across audio, digital, talent and broadcast. Much of my career has been focused on brands requiring a disruptive, innovative strategic approach and I excel in this environment: with successful and large-scale experience in start-ups, through to rebuilding underperforming brands. This has involved leading and managing high-level talent, content-creators, marketing, digital teams and newsrooms. I am passionate about developing people and culture and believe that without a robust, supportive, accountable culture, success is rarely possible.
