I have been working in the semiconductor and microelectronics industry since 1996, serving in multiple positions throughout my career including R&D, new business development, operations, competitive intelligence and marketing, government relations and funding, intellectual property management, and corporate branding. My areas of expertise include lithography, protective coatings, printed electronics, wafer-level packaging, and more.In my current role as Corporate Resource Officer, I work primarily in government funding, human resources, management systems and legal & IP. I also oversee Brewer Science’s IT system and practices. As a corporate resource leader, I focus on developing company policies and procedures covering a wide range of areas to enhance the company’s work structure and culture. These spheres bolster both the organization and the microelectronics industry at large, including policies focused on STEM education and career paths, environmental impact and sustainability, global intellectual property rights, and quality systems training and development for suppliers.People, culture, customers, innovation and processes are crucial building blocks that create our success as an employee-owned company.
