I am a Digital Marketing and Communications Manager, experienced at partnering with C-level teams to develop commercially astute, innovative sales and marketing strategies, that are aligned with the overall business strategy. I have experience in working with both the B2B and B2C sectors, in the UK, Ireland and Europe, and across a broad range of industries including manufacturing, service organisations and entertainment.Strategic use of digital marketing tools has been key to all of my roles, I have been able to build highly effective, targeted marketing campaigns that are integrated across Google ads, social media, email, websites and consumer Apps. By developing robust consumer marketing strategies, I have been able to utilise CRM systems to create highly segmented marketing campaigns that have achieved above-average returns on investment. The repositioning of an established brand and driving brand awareness into new markets has been a key focus for my role at Mondello Park, I have developed campaigns and activations to improve the utilisation of the site and expand the customer demographics. A key activation centred around the launch of a pop-up shop near Grafton Street in Dublin in the 4 weeks leading up to Christmas. By creating an instore interactive event based around a virtual racing experience, we were able to collect customer data for our target market and through a detailed digital sales funnel and comms strategy we were able to achieve a 30% increase in sales.I have been recognised for my success in developing business partnerships with key stakeholders, internally and externally, whilst working with Mondello Park I have worked extensively with BMW/MINI Ireland to maximise the relationship between the two organisations, ensuring excellent return on investment for both.
