    • Under a 3 month period successful grew our daily route count total from the mid-20’s to the current high-40’s to low-50’s (in a time that was not seasonal hiring, but permanent placement.)• Onboarding/Off-boarding: Coming up with a new process to creating accounts & emails that saved us thousands of dollars a month, initiating backgrounds & drug tests, update & track candidate’s progress, running orientations, writing-up/firing employees • Payroll/Scheduling a weekly roster of 101+ drivers, minimizing unnecessary overtime, process time-off requests
• Uniforms: ordering, keeping inventory, tracking our monthly budgets• Devices (phones): inventory, tracking lost phones, repairing, ordering new devices, negotiating costs• Rental vans: negotiating prices for new vehicles, as well as damaged repairs.
