Current- Under a 3 month period successful grew our daily route count total from the mid-20’s to the current high-40’s to low-50’s (in a time that was not seasonal hiring, but permanent placement.)
- Onboarding/Off-boarding: Coming up with a new process to creating accounts & emails that saved us thousands of dollars a month, initiating backgrounds & drug tests, update & track candidate’s progress, running.
- Payroll/Scheduling a weekly roster of 101+ drivers, minimizing unnecessary overtime, process time-off requests
- Uniforms: ordering, keeping inventory, tracking our monthly budgets
- Devices (phones): inventory, tracking lost phones, repairing, ordering new devices, negotiating costs
- Rental vans: negotiating prices for new vehicles, as well as damaged repairs. Securing 26 rental vans for our increased capacity to be able to grow the company by hundreds of thousands this year as a business, helping.
