Daniel H. Britton brings to Silver Fox Productions a diverse background and vast experience. Being raised in a family of professional entertainers, Dan is no stranger to the spotlight or to audiences of young and old alike. After years of live performing, he studied at Mount Allison University for Bachelor of Music degree with a minor in Physics. Mr. Britton possesses a certificate in engineering in Recording Arts and Sciences. To properly prepare to open a studio as a business Mr. Britton augmented his training in music and audio engineering with a small business entrepreneur course. Dan owned and operated Creative Sound Studios for over 12 years. During that time Creative Sound Studios was involved with various audio recording projects for various New Brunswick musicians and performers. Dan and his staff also provided audio post-production of various shows including the Maritime portion of Canadian Idol and Much Music’s VJ Search as well as for History Channel, Discovery Channel, CBC, SRC, ARTV etc. Joining up Creative Sound Studios with Trimedia Atlantic Inc in 2007, Dan added his production and post-production experience to their team. After over 18 years in the industry Dan is now stepping up as a Producer with the launch of Silver Fox Productions. He is finishing co-Producing his first TV series which is for APTN called Wabanaagig Season III.Since 2000 he has been contracted to teach post-secondary courses at various schools and collegescovering topics like acoustics, mixer components and microphone design.From 2000 to 2005 he was the President of the official provincial music industry association, Music / Musique New Brunswick (MNB), aggressively leading MNB into a vibrant, powerful organisation. When Dan finished his term, MNB was recognised as one of the most rigorously growing music associations in the whole nation of Canada.
