I have been employed at the Lakewood Police Department since 2003. I spent my first 10 years as a Public Safety Telecommunicator working my way up to Senior, then Supervisor of Communications in 2015 and just recently, Director of Communications. My experience as a dispatcher has helped me build a strong training program for all existing and new employees. Since 2014 I have become heavily involved with our CAD System, Spillman, and am a Certified System Application and Dispatch Administrator.
