For example, I was successful in rebuilding confidence in the relationship with CHPD and my employers. The key was to understand the client needs, portray empathy rather than sympathy and, provide the reassurance that the task will be completed to their satisfaction. The project support which I gave to the facilities manager enabled the introduction of new products to improve CHPD’s work flow
