Dan was previously the vice president Floyd Consulting where he partnered with New York Times best-selling author Matthew Kelly in helping executives, managers and teams apply the concepts and principles outlined in Matthew’s books, The Dream Manager and Off Balance. In his role, Dan delivered interactive professional development, team building, employee engagement, and work-life balance workshops in both in-person and online formats for individuals and teams. Dan was instrumental in implementing The Dream Manager Program in wide range of businesses throughout the United States and helped to launch The Dream Manager Program in the UK and Europe. As part of his leadership with The Dream Manager Program, Dan Certified coaching professionals and business owners as Dream Managers to utilize Floyd’s coaching curriculum to improve employee engagement, develop talent, and deliver professional development training. Dan supported these newly trained coaches with in-person training, monthly team coaching sessions, and the development of an online learning portal.

After beginning as an Educational and Leadership consultant to serve a group of chapters in the Northeast, Dan coordinated the learning and development function for the SAE Foundation. Dan's areas of oversight included the annual scholarship program, annual Leadership School, development of online personal and professional development resources, and service learning initiatives. Dan collaborated with alumni advisors and board members to deliver programming, communicate program enhancements, and gather feedback for the various educational offerings provided by the SAE Foundation to its members. During his time on the SAE staff, Dan conducted more than 75 onsite consulting visits, training workshops, and retreats with groups in more than 27 states. Dan led the transition from hard copy resources to an online resource framework to facilitate improved membership support. Additionally, Dan led the launch of The True Gentleman Day of Service. This annual service day is hosted in conjunction with Youth Service America and promotes active community involvement with all SAE chapters.
