Dan has been a Registered Clinical Counsellor since 1994, specializing in marriage and family therapy, but also working with many individual needs. Besides maintaining a private practice, he has worked for 6 years as an elementary school counsellor, for 1.25 years as a prison chaplain in a maximum security prison, and has spent almost 20 years working with high needs teen-age fosterchildren. Dan is also an ordained pastor and served in pastoral ministry for 5 years.Dan also has experience in building companies or organizations. Two companies that he owned and managed grew from start-up to over $5 million volume per year. Working in sales with two national companies, he won several awards and was constantly in the top 5% nationally. He also has experience working with charities and, with one charity, he recognized the need for significant changes to protect their charitable status with CRA, and made those changes.
