As the Cyber Product Head for Hiscox USA, I was responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction of the Cyber Liability line of business. This included creating a clear risk appetite for the product, issuing all underwriting authority for the area and devising the technical underwriting guide, rating plan and training structure for a team of specialist Cyber underwriters throughout the United States. Previously, I have held roles at Hiscox as a Senior Underwriter and Assistant Vice President in the Cyber and Technology group for the Northwest Region, as well as the National Technology Underwriting Specialist and Technology Product Head for Hiscox USA. Hiscox USA provides a variety of specialty risk solutions including a broad spectrum of professional E&O, GL, privacy/data breach, media liability, management liability, crime, kidnap & ransom, terrorism and commercial property products. Hiscox USA primarily specializes in the unique needs of small and middle market businesses. Hiscox USA works with small and medium-sized business throughout the US to support them and address their risk management needs.
