Operations focused problem solver, licensed general contractor and patented inventor.As a Senior Project Manager at Croom Construction Company I work building and renovating world class residences in my hometown of Vero Beach, Florida. Prior to joining Croom Construction I worked in various capacities for DPR Construction from 2008-2017. After earning a degree in Building Construction Sciences from the University of Florida I have spent over a decade managing a diverse and technically challenging spectrum of construction projects including custom homes, research laboratories, FDA validated manufacturing facilities, hospitals, higher education facilities, cold storage, and more. I have extensive experience on ground up projects as well as renovating existing structures. My areas of expertise include risk management, scheduling, construction technology, framing, drywall, and MEP systems. In addition to my operational roles I invented and managed the development of, "Project Lion," an autonomous construction robot designed for the layout of building systems (Patent# 10,268,202).

The project converted office space to lab space, built a new structural mezzanine for cold storage, expanded manufacturing capacity, and built out a fully functional distribution warehouse. During the project it was discovered that the existing sprinkler system had MIC (Microbe-Induced-Corrosion) and required the entire sprinkler system to be replaced. The 14-month project was completed 2 weeks ahead of schedule with Zero Defects.
