• Developed and managed three mixed use estate budgets worth approximately $5.5 million. This included a residential building with 142 apartments, 7 commercial buildings, 12 retail units, and a 13-acre basement car park.
• Employed, managed and trained the Estate Coordinator and assisted with management of 95 estate employees.
• Communicating with large tenant base including Santandar, JP Morgan, Capital One Bank, Hachette Livre and Sainsbury’s.

• Managed the marketing of 32 UK Business. This included the re-branding of signage across all Business Parks totaling 450 signs. The position included the roll out of micro-websites, redesign of all park maps.
• Develop, manufacture and schedule the installation of 450 signs across 32 Business Parks in the UK.
• Manage the implementation of all business park maps, plans and websites.
• Attend marketing meetings with JV partners such as Royal Bank of Scotland to discuss marketing strategies and implementation.
• Responsible for writing board memorandums for approval of up to $250,000 at any on time. Achievement:
• Designed and implemented a UK Business Parks Status Matrix for Goodman which tracked all expenditure for 2008 across 32 Business Parks.
