I have over 30 years of experience in the software industry within a variety of niches and sub-disciplines (full stack development, embedded development, middleware, and applications). Companies I have worked for include Fortune 100 companies, small publicly-traded firms, and even smaller consulting groups. After receiving my MBA from the University of North Carolina in 2005, I have been focusing not just on the management of software development projects, but also technical marketing and project management. My main goal is to establish a compelling track record for realizing the growth potential in smaller companies as well as in organizations of larger firms.
