CurrentAll of my cases are handled on a contingency fee basis. There is no cost to my clients unless and until there is a recovery on their claim. My passion is representing victims of investment fraud in both class and individual actions against bad actors and their helpers. I also represent bankruptcy trustees in fiduciary duty/D&O litigation. Living in the Gulf South, I have extensive experience representing homeowners and business owners in claims against insurance companies that have underpaid for property damage caused by hurricanes and other catastrophes.Finally, over the past few years I’ve become passionate about medical malpractice and personal injury cases as well.
