I coordinated the local board in order to create a good strategy for a mandate;I supported and monitored the activity of the board;I kept contact with the University representatives, with others NGOs representatives, with the partner companies and with the international bodies of BEST;I represented BEST Brasov at the international events: Regional Meetings (Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Chisinau, Porto, Thessaloniki), General Assembly(France 2012), Presidents Meeting (Timisoara, 2012), Knowledge Management Workshop (Riga 2013).

As a coordinator of the event I coordinate a CoreTeam of 8 people to organize the event in Timisoara with the help of BEST Timisoara.I need to:- Motivate the CT;- Assure that the local rounds of the competition are well organized;- Find the HR to ensure a good execution of the project;- Work in an national team and coordinate remotely;- Ensure a good communication with other bodies of the organisation involved in the project;- Represent the project during the organisation’s internal events, as well as during external events involving corporate partners.
