As a Project Executive with JC&A, I collaborate and manage a variety project in the corporate, life science, science & technology, private school, and hospitality markets; taking each project from opportunity to closeout and beyond.My role and expertise with construction technology have allowed me to focus and promote JC&A’s use and deployment of this technology a daily basis. Providing guidance to our teams internally and externally is a regular part of my role. This includes the management of several software implementations, along with the continued leadership to improve utilization and process optimization between software applications such as PlanGrid, Viewpoint Vista (a Trimble Company) and Cosential. Additionally; awareness and operational optimization with applications like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD; Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office 365 Microsoft Teams/Skype for Business and many others are regularly part of my overall focus and tech initiatives.In conjunction with the construction software, I am constantly piloting and looking for common-sense scenarios to pilot and test a wide variety of leading technology hardware. I recently helped deploy a variety of Microsoft Surface hardware including the Surface Hub and Surface Studio. I have also helped bring to our user's several iOS products and many industry-specific devices all the while focusing on the technology goals at JC&A. In addition to the daily construction operations and technology roles, I serve I also enjoy the privilege to lead and manage a variety of inter-organization development goals. This includes leading a plethora of corporate standard and process initiatives along; with continued employee training throughout my career. I also participate regularly in a variety of industry forums of all media to stay current with the constant evolution of this exciting and ever-changing industry.
