About My Role:• Facilitate strategic discussions with C-level stakeholders, senior business leaders, and HR partners to align recruiting objectives with evolving business needs.• Implement a structured talent selection process, including requisition documentation, tailored interview guides, standardized evaluation formats, streamlined behavioral assessments, job-specific behavior/competency models, applicant interview forms, and customized job postings.• Develop comprehensive metrics dashboards to assess the impact and cost-effectiveness of corporate and restaurant hourly staffing initiatives.• Integrate pre-employment workplace behavioral assessments, providing hiring managers with consistent behavioral data to complement skill, knowledge, and cultural assessments.• Collaborate with operational leadership to launch a successful restaurant hourly referral incentive program, resulting in over 25% of all hires being referral-based from a workforce of over 45,000 employees.• Streamline and standardize staffing vendor agreements, significantly reducing third-party search firm placement fees and minimizing temporary agency expenses to record lows.
