Responsible for the recruiting function within the company in addition to strategic alliances. Everything from developing work-flow processes, building relationship with hiring managers, human resources and on occasion, engaging external staff augmentation partners. Implemented both strategic and tactical talent acquisition plans to include developing job descriptions, sourcing venues, implemented an employee referral program, trained managers on behavioral-based interviewing techniques and implemented a candidate tracking system with reporting capabilities.
