From an early age I was very good at solving physics problems and I won prizes at national and international Physics Olympiads. My skill is to understand the problem, identify the key drivers, apply laws & rules and devise solutions. I am talented at identifying the issues, achieving simplicity & clarity and getting results.I am very enthusiastic about science and technology and that drove my whole career. After university graduation I worked for 8 years as R&D electronics engineer developing equipment for numeric control of industrial robots and machine tools.Over time I turned into a software developer and more recently I became a CPA Australia professional accountant. My interests expanded into business strategy & leadership, ethics & governance, digital marketing and cloud native computing. In the last few years, as a business mentor, I met and helped hundreds of small business owners.Often I was in a team leader position and I supported the team members technically but also in their professional and personal development. In retrospect one key driver for me is to help others.Going forward I want to focus on mentoring, coaching, training, teaching, business advice, digital marketing and technology.
