From assisting and helping with workshop loading. I took on the challenge to learn parts advisor, warranty claiming and service admin including managing breakdown (Mercedes Service 24h). This has allowed me to impart my knowledge for new starters in their roles. Mercedes UK are working towards a paperless journey which I have been working alongside to.

From managing a 3 bay workshop including MOT bay. I worked alongside the owner of the business to open a new 7 bay workshop including class 7 MOT bay. Challenges from changing the class of use of the building and MOT bay being signed off which was all carried out in house. I then continued to manage both sites.
