Ownership and Delivery of Fit out and Refurbishment projects from appointment through to practical completion for Blue Chip clients working in both occupied and unoccupied space.Complete Project monitoring and Reporting, Liaison, Coordination, and Development between the project team, key consultants, and both client direct and project contractors.Assisted Design development, and responsibility of change control procedure against cost management.Project closeout including final account agreement with project team.Project/Client Portfolio:BSkyB, Bank of New York Mellon, Deloitte, GE Capital, General Medical Council, Home Office, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Network Rail, Npower, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Scottish Power, Training Development Agency, United Utilities, Virgin Money, Yell.

Northern - England & Scotland

Site wide responsibilities to manage and report against programme and progress, including project report compilation and delivery. CDM Coordination, Development, Monitoring and Reporting.Management of change control procedures including benchmarking and sample approval process, continued with the responsibility and control to monitor subcontractor progress, quality installations, and snagging procedures through to project closeout and into the defects liability period.
