I am currently in the process of opening up my first Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming small business pet store in Northern New Jersey. This is a major, but extremely exciting, pivot for me. It will allow me to utilize all of what I've learned to date to be a successful owner. My priorities include building the best possible team, providing exceptional customer service, establishing trust, using data to inform decisions, and focusing on growth. Over my 20+ year career, I have been previously employed by companies such as Alphabet (Google/YouTube), Amazon (Amazon Ads), Urban Outfitters (URBN/Free People), and Publicis (Razorfish). This experience has given me the privilege of partnering with some of the largest brands (and their agencies) in the world including Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, Disney/ABC, and Holland America. My experience spans multiple disciplines including B2B and B2C sales/account growth, client services, personnel management, account/project management, cross functional planning, search (SEM/SEO), display, online video (OLV), AVOD/Streaming TV, social, affiliate marketing, legal/policy, and analytics/measurement.
