As a seasoned leader, I’ve successfully steered three critical divisions: Hydro Reliability Services, Hydro Condition Monitoring (now Centaur), and currently Hydro University. My multifaceted role encompasses customer facing responsibilities—sales and marketing, proposal development, negotiations, customer relationship management—as well as operational oversight of budgets, pricing, and P&L management. Product management for the strategically critical Trade Marked digital manual line IMPEL also falls under my purview. I routinely empower high-performing cross-functional project teams—at times with over 30 contributors—to drive product and service excellence. In addition, as a member of the Corporate Strategy Committee, I play an integral role in sculpting Hydro's future, ensuring alignment with our long-term vision.

In my Staff Management role, I spearheaded operational standardization across Hydro's Service Centers. My focus on pricing, offerings, and quality ensured consistency. I led Corporate strategic initiatives implementing procedures and software enhancements. Additionally, I fostered collaboration through global engineering and operations conferences. My role extended to mentoring the next generation of technical talent, including engineers, technicians, and field service personnel.

For this semiconductor MEMS manufacturer, I optimized processes within the Manufacturing Department achieving peak efficiency, quality, and productivity. My accomplishments include redesigning, manufacturing, and implementing process tools—such as the plasma gold deposition mechanism which doubled productivity and reduced annual gold consumption by $3 million. Additionally, as the Lean Manufacturing Champion, I meticulously analyzed work systems and business processes in the Engineering Department, implementing changes which resulted in annual savings of $250,000.

As a dynamic leader at this semiconductor equipment manufacturer, I spearheaded the end-to-end process for designing, developing, and manufacturing a groundbreaking UV particle detection product within a start-up environment. My achievements extended beyond product creation—I seamlessly integrated this innovation with a Brooks Automation front-end loader for 200mm and 300mm silicon wafers in a Clean Room Class I fab environment. This strategic collaboration optimized the wafer manufacturing process at several chip plants.

Sourced business opportunities and executed mechanical design consulting projects for various industries such as laptop manufacturing, tempered glass manufacturing, and door lock manufacturers.

Lead end-to-end development of key NanoMetrics products, steering major projects from concept through manufacturing implementation. Completed an R, theta, Z stage for positioning 200mm and 300mm Silicone wafers with an accuracy of 1/2 micro and repeatability of 10s of nanometers in a Clean Room Class I environment. This product continues to be the basis for the company's automated wafer handling equipment 20 years later.
