    I discovered this 16-person productivity + marketplace SaaS startup in an angel investment network. The firm targets an interesting market opportunity to digitize the building retrofitting ecosystem, which lacks productivity tools for retrofitters and eCommerce and digital procurement capabilities for the supply chain. The diligence team asked me to lead the effort, using my proprietary DD process and analytical framework.
