The company then went on to experience back to back highest sales revenue years in the companies 20 year history.At Total Training he led sales of Adobe and Microsoft software training titles to a 168% increase in call volume and a resulting 74% increase in channel sales within two years.Recruited to join the Online Asset Exchange, led by Lee Iacocca, Dan spearheaded sales management of brokers for the leading online B2B global marketplace for the sale of corporate assets. The exchange featured more than 200,000 assets, including metalworking, forming and processing equipment, and literally every type of industrial machine, valued at more than $14 billion.His first position of sales leadership resulted in him driving American Graphics from $1million in annual sales to $15.2 million. This success led to the company being sold to an east coast investment company and his services being retained to run day to operations by the new owners.Mr Collins business and personal philosophy is firmly grounded in individual accountability and Kaizen (The study of continuous improvement).Dan is forever indebted to the Quiet Professionals that he served with in the United States Army.Mr Collins personal motto is simply "Results not Reasons".
