As a Workday HRIS Analyst, my focus is in enhancing HR and Payroll processes through meticulous requirement gathering and deploying robust Workday configurations. Development of Absence Plans, Custom Reports, and Time Calculations has been a cornerstone of my contributions, ensuring successful implementation of HR and Payroll operations within the organization.My experiences as Payroll Supervisor and Payroll Analyst equipped me with an understanding of multi-state payroll processing and HR processes, which I now use to facilitate effective stakeholder coordination. My approach is rooted in fostering teamwork and driving process improvements, cultivating an environment where compliance and efficiency coexist.
