CurrentAs the leader of our Human Resources Program Management Office, I have accountabilities for governing the portfolio budget, business and engineering initiatives while managing and mitigating our portfolio risks to ultimately achieve our Objectives and Key Results that drive our Multi-Year Strategy. In this role, I am one of twenty-seven Investable Structure Managers accountable to the enterprise for monthly reporting on our portfolio OKRs; as well as, leading the Human Resources function through 2025+ planning. Lastly, I work with our HR Journey teams to provide Agile coaching to continue our transition into utilizing Human Center Design and Agile principles in the way we work across our organization and bring our experiences to life for our candidates, employees and alumni.
