As a Technical Support Specialist, I help IT admins, teachers, and other education leaders resolve issues surrounding purchasing or using Minecraft: Education Edition!Contracted through Apex Systems ( https://www.linkedin.com/company/apex-systems/)Other responsibilities include:- Answering posts with support questions- Identifying and deleting spam posts- Marking questionable posts for moderation- Working with community moderators to ensure they have the information they need to support our customers- Working with test and dev teams to investigate new issues- Watching for trending issues across tickets and community forums and escalate larger issues- Summarizing the key elements of the technical problem and determining if the issue falls within defined support boundaries.- Efficiently resolving and closing cases that fall within the support boundaries and ensure complete case documentation for all support issues.

Management:​ I managed our India software team to ensure project was within-scope, within-budget, and completed timely, project managed a website revamp effort, and managed a provisional to non-provisional patent project from start to finish, Finances:​ I worked with Expensify and the company’s bank account to keep track and organize all financial data​, ​ tracked company credit card usage while abroad and fulfilled reimbursement requests when necessary,​ ​ developed company payment plans for our vendors / partners, and paid our vendors / partners. Backend Office:​ I organized team meetings, created and maintained company file management system on Google Drive, created and edited presentation slides, organized physical office files, and developed a company business plan.

I am consulting with a startup food company and providing large business decision advice, a creative outlook and organizing skills. In addition I am designing the company's website and logo.

I worked as an online service representative helping clients from various companies with their concerns by setting up meetings and searching the database.
