Technical Support Specialist (Minecraft Education)
CurrentAs a Technical Support Specialist, I help IT admins, teachers, and other education leaders resolve issues surrounding purchasing or using Minecraft: Education Edition!Contracted through Apex Systems ( https://www.linkedin.com/company/apex-systems/)Other responsibilities include:- Answering posts with support questions- Identifying and deleting spam posts- Marking questionable posts for moderation- Working with community moderators to ensure they have the information they need to support our customers- Working with test and dev teams to investigate new issues- Watching for trending issues across tickets and community forums and escalate larger issues- Summarizing the key elements of the technical problem and determining if the issue falls within defined support boundaries.- Efficiently resolving and closing cases that fall within the support boundaries and ensure complete case documentation for all support issues.
