The $7 million renovation program included a complete branding overhaul with name and logo change, unit interior upgrades, clubhouse remodel, new fitness center, pool area improvements, and other exterior amenity upgrades. - Negotiated the largest private-firm office lease in Washington, DC in 1Q15.
