Rolla Missouri
We have reorganized and streamlined our operation. We have closed two stores and I rely on my son to manage them both. We focus on Sleep products of better mattresses, bedding and offer this all online. We feature Tempur Pedic, Serta, Justice, Simmons, Sealy, Corsicanna, and Englander mattresses. We will still maintain our satellite store store Sleep Ezzz sleep store in St. Robert MO.
I travel all over the state of Missouri to service my clients. I use technology of computer to tune and analyze piano intonation. I do bonded tuning for major piano companies in the St. Louis area. I grew up with pianos since I was about 4 years old and after high school graduation I was taught the intimacies of the piano in Manhattan Kansas under the tutelage of a master technician in 1968. There were no modern technology such as laptops nor even PC's then. I was hesitant to follow my teachers technique of placing the tuning fork between my teeth (although the sound was really in your head by that method) My teeth were too sensitive so I placed the end of the fork against the soundboard and went from there. I was more into the mechanics in those early years than tuning as per se. Although I did tune a few pianos, I never really got into piano tuning until the 90's and Bob Scott introduced me to his program for my laptop.
