Helped to found a children's English program that emphasized dynamic learning through a combination of memorization and oral recitation. This program was different than most English program as it produced strong results in a very short time. The concept was a mix of Chinese teaching methods and English interaction. Children would be able to recite an entire book based on hand and body movements.My responsibilities were to lead the classroom through the lessons. I was also responsible for demonstrating the teaching method, and explaining the results to the parents. I was also the business experience of the partnership, providing insight for my partner into how to create and effective brand image that would allow a new school to differentiate itself from a quickly growing, better funded market.

English language school located in Gaomi China. The school currently offers a summer immersion program, and is in the process of establishing an online education service. The coursework is written by the teachers using reference materials and innovation. I wrote the course grammar textbook using reference texts and materials from the TEFL program. The program uses aspects of the Middlebury Language Program and the TEFL programs to rapidly develop students English abilities. In addition to rapidly developing the students abilities, there is a strong emphasis on creating a fun and relaxed environment for the students. The atmosphere enables the students, who are normally subjected to the Chinese style of memorizing and drilling, to be more engaged and galvanizes their interest in learning the language.
